Frequency Questions
Our rates are “all-inclusive” with a professional chauffeur, fuel and salik (toll) charges. Trips starting at the airport include free meet and greet service. Every car comes equipped with GPS, leather seats, Bluetooth, mobile charger, bottled of water and tissues. All our cars is new and full-option cars.
Call us or WhatsApp us at +971508254919 – we answer 24/7. You can also send a request thrue our website. We will need your date of the service, pick-up time and what kind of service you need: Transfer, 5-hours, 10-hours or something else.
All our drivers are professional and have minimum of 8 years of experience with limousine service in Dubai.
All our drivers are fluent in English. We do also provide driver who speak Urdu and Arabic.
You can always extend your service. For example, if you have booked for 5 hours and want 2 hours more, you pay per hour.
Once we have your booking, we will send you a payment link with 100% deposit to your e-mail. You can pay by credit/debit. We do also accept cash advance. You will get company invoice for all deposits.
We provide luxury Mercedes S-class from 2020/2022, and GMC Yukon Denali XL 2020/2021 with chauffeur. We can also provide you economy cars, sports cars, bus and stretch limousines with and without driver – contact us for more details.
- 1. Agreements on services are binding, and there is no refund on the deposit.
- 2. All assignments can be rebooked without charge with 48 hours notice. Rebooked date must be within 2 months.
- 3. If the time or date for the service is changed with a notice later than 48 hours, a fee of AED 1000 will be invoiced. (This does not apply if you extend an ongoing service)
